Bookings are requests managed by salons. Pricing, availability, and service details are set by salons. Payment terms depend on the salon policy shown at booking time.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund rules are defined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy and may include salon-specific rules.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and non-abusive. We may remove fake, harmful, or policy-violating reviews.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, scrape data unlawfully, or violate applicable laws.

7. Platform Availability

We may update, suspend, or improve features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, BarberCRM Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
